The Active Study Letter System is a web-based application developed to facilitate the online submission, processing, and issuance of Active Study Letters for students. The system digitizes the administrative process, enabling students to request official letters without visiting the administrative office, while allowing staff to manage applications efficiently through a centralized platform.
The application supports two user roles: Administrator (Staff) and Student. Students can submit requests for active study letters, monitor the status of their applications, and download approved letters. Administrators review requests, verify student information, approve or reject applications, and generate official active study letters.
