VanameCF is a Kotlin-based mobile application that implements the Certainty Factor (CF) method to analyze and diagnose diseases affecting Vannamei shrimp based on observed symptoms. Acting as an expert system, the application assists shrimp farmers in identifying potential diseases and provides treatment recommendations based on expert knowledge.
The application supports two user roles: Administrator and Shrimp Farmer (User). Administrators manage the expert knowledge base, including symptoms, disease hypotheses, Certainty Factor (CF) values, and diagnostic rules. They can also configure diagnostic questionnaires, review diagnosis results submitted by users, and view complete Certainty Factor calculations. Shrimp farmers complete symptom-based questionnaires through the application and receive disease diagnoses, confidence levels, and expert-recommended solutions. Diagnosis reports can also be exported as PDF documents.
The system utilizes Supabase as its backend database, providing real-time data synchronization and centralized management between administrators and mobile users.
