The Decision Support System (DSS) using the VIKOR Method is a web-based application developed to assist decision-makers in determining the priority of social assistance recipients objectively, transparently, and systematically. The system applies the VIKOR (VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method, a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) technique that identifies the best compromise solution among several alternatives based on multiple evaluation criteria.
In this case study, the system analyzes 125 candidate beneficiaries and evaluates them using several predefined criteria. To assess the consistency and robustness of the decision-making process, the system performs three different criteria weight scenarios, allowing users to compare ranking results under varying importance levels for each criterion.
The application provides a complete decision-making workflow, from data import and preprocessing to normalization, ranking, visualization, and conclusion generation.
